Why a Breast Lift?
Sagging or deformed breasts can cause not only physical but also emotional discomfort. Breast lift surgery is a renewal process — it’s as much about inner peace as it is about outer appearance. This operation is a reconstruction where aesthetics meets anatomical precision.
- Correcting sagging
- Relocating the nipple to its natural position
- Restoring a youthful and dynamic breast shape
- Correcting asymmetries
- Adding volume (with implants, if necessary)
When Are Implants Used?
Breast lift surgery can be performed in two ways. Every patient is different; therefore, the appropriate method is determined after a detailed examination and an accurate assessment of aesthetic goals.
- Breast Lift Without Implants: If the existing breast tissue has sufficient volume, the nipple is elevated by tightening only the skin and tissue. The goal is to achieve a more natural and soft result.
- Breast Lift with Implants (Augmentation Mastopexy): If the breast tissue has insufficient volume, a silicone implant is placed in conjunction with a breast lift to achieve fullness. This provides both shape and volume.
How Does the Surgery Work?
- The surgery takes approximately 2–3 hours under general anesthesia.
- The nipple is elevated, excess skin is removed, and the breast is reshaped.
- If implants are placed, they are usually positioned under the muscle or beneath the breast tissue.
- A special bra is used after the operation; a drain may be applied.
- An overnight hospital stay is recommended.
- Scars vary depending on the technique used, but they fade over time and are concealed within natural folds.
Post-Operative Considerations
Initial Days:
- Swelling, bruising, and a feeling of tightness are normal.
- Arm movements should be restricted, and rest is recommended.
- The use of a special bra is mandatory.
1–3 Weeks:
- Return to daily activities is possible.
- If a drain is present, it is removed within the first few days.
- Stitches are generally not removed; they dissolve naturally.
4–6 Weeks & Long-Term:
- Light exercise is permitted and bra use continues.
- Scar care begins. If necessary, silicone-based products are used.
- Scars will fade over time and the breast shape becomes more natural.
- Checkups are usually performed at 1, 3, and 6 months.
"The most valuable aspect in aesthetics is making the unseen visible. Botox represents balance, elegance, and simplicity."
My Philosophy
For me, aesthetic surgery is not merely about reshaping the body; it is about restoring the inner peace that fades over time. As we redefine the contours of your breasts, we are essentially elevating your relationship with life to a freer, more comfortable foundation.
